This policy explains how we collect, process, use and protect your personal data when you browse this website, buy tickets or products, attend our events or otherwise contact us. It does not apply to linked websites outside this site, or to persons not engaged or managed by the Brand.

2. Personal data we collect and how we use it

We only collect personal data that is needed to provide our services, and use it only for the purposes stated when it is collected. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent.

Ticket and order data: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, order details and payment status, used to process orders, send confirmations, and send entry arrangements and event notices by email or WhatsApp.
Attendee data: the attendee names entered at purchase (for the Macau “6-Person Group Booth”, only one representative’s name) and the “aged 18 or above” confirmation, used to allocate seats, autograph and photo order by purchase sequence, and to verify entry.
ID check on entry: on the event day, staff will check each attendee's ID to confirm age and identity. IDs are checked on the spot only; we do not copy or keep ID details.
Contact and enquiries: your name, email and enquiry sent through the contact form or by email, used to reply and follow up.
Browsing data: when you browse, our systems automatically record your IP address, time of use, browser type and browsing and click records. This is used internally to improve the website and is not made public.
Marketing: we only send event and product news by email if you have agreed to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

3. Payment data

This website is powered by Shopify, and all payments are processed by Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not access or store your full card or payment details.

4. Data protection and retention

Only authorised staff can access your personal data. Where we engage other organisations (such as event venues, ticketing, email or messaging service providers), we require them to keep the data confidential and use it only as needed. Attendee data for an event is deleted within a reasonable time after the event and related matters are completed; order and transaction records are kept as required by law and for accounting.

This website may link to other websites. This privacy policy does not apply to those sites; please refer to their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not provide, exchange, rent or sell your personal data to any individual, organisation, private company or public authority, except:

where needed to provide our services, e.g. sharing the data needed for entry arrangements with Shopify, payment providers, event venues and co-organisers;
where required by law or lawfully requested by law enforcement;
to protect the life, body, freedom or property of you or others;
where you breach this website's terms or the Ticket Terms, or may harm the rights of the Brand, other users or anyone else, and disclosure is needed to identify or contact you or take legal action.

This website is hosted by Shopify, which handles the related data under its Consumer Privacy Policy; data may be stored and processed outside Hong Kong. You can opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising on this page.

7. Cookies

To serve you better, this website places and uses cookies on your device, for example to remember your language, currency choice and cart. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some website features may then not work properly.
