Return & Exchange Policy – Publications and Creative Products
1. Books and publications: For intellectual property and hygiene reasons, items whose shrink wrap, seal or original packaging has been opened (including Class II articles sealed in opaque bags as required by law) cannot be returned or exchanged. If you find missing pages, misbound pages, serious soiling or shipping damage on receipt, please send us your order number and photos within 2 days of receipt. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
2. Creative products: Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, and items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as "colour difference" or "not as expected".
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: e-books/e-publications, autographed editions, limited editions, pre-order items with bonus gifts, customised/engraved products, and discounted/clearance/lucky bag items.
4. For returns not caused by product quality issues, return shipping costs in both directions are borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.

Orders with shipping selected are dispatched within 4 weeks of ordering. We will email you once your order has shipped.
We currently accept orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and the United States; for other regions, please contact us. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
For each edition (Standard, Special Hardcover and Boxset), the first 100 orders receive one of Nao's most intimate personal gifts, counted by time of successful payment, while stocks last.
No. The Limited Boxset is limited to 100 sets worldwide and will never be reprinted.
Yes. This book contains adult-oriented art photography and may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.
